With the busy holidays, let us remember, to give (only the people that can safely give), blood a much needed life saving gift.

I don't have to remember; they call me.
I have A- blood which is in only about 8% of the population so the blood bank calls me when I can donate again.

I'm on their auto-dial system, every two months, it is easy a helps so many.
Got my youngest started a couple of years ago and now he go for 4 or 5 pints a year.
