Draining the fresh water tank
On my old 5th wheel, I had a pipe coming out underneath the rig with a white plastic cap on it, take off the cap and your fresh water tank drains.
I have looked underneath my 3790RD - and cannot find anything similar. Can someone please tell me how to drain my fresh water tank?
Thanks!

LC, are you talking about the galley tank or the fresh water tank? Our galley tank drain handle is in front of the front axle but our fresh water is in the back and only a hose with a cap on it is sticking out of the rear.

So is mine, know for sure because I just used it. Mine is a 2016 and I don't like the gravity fill behind the number plate. I noticed on a different 2017 mode,l it moved, and is now accessible.

And an easy thing to do once you find the drain pipe.....go buy a 1/2" valve and it on the drain pipe........then when you want to drain it.......just turn the valve.

This thread is 9 months old and I guess that ExPatNW found his fresh water tank drain. Thought I would share what mine looks like. It's south of the rear axle. There is also a blue tube sticking out up north. Not sure what it is for??

The blue one is right under where the sink would be. When I drained my blue line not much water came out so maybe it is some kind of low point for the sink?

Thanks Roadrunnertr21. When I drained my system the other day, I took the cap off the blue line afterwards and nothing came out. I also disconnected the line under kitchen slide to I/m. Nothing there either.
Hey, I noticed we are running the same TV. Yours is a year newer. We got ours in New Braunfels after searching 3 states. It was just after Harvey and I had 5 things on my list that were “must haves”. We even have the same hitch 8). We retired our ‘09 F250 sb 4x4

This is my first Ram. It is a Laramie Longhorn. I was a Chevy Duramax/Allison guy before this truck. So far I've been really happy with it. I was a little concerned about the 3.42 gears but it did a real good job when we picked up the coach in Tyler, TX. I got my truck in Athens, TX. The dealer had a bunch of trucks to chose from. Momma liked this one because of the saddle interior.

It appears you both have residential refrigerator models. My guess is that blue line is the drain for the ice maker water line.

That could very well be. I'll have to look at it when things warm up a bit. Thanks!

Water drains
We have a 2018 Montana 3811 MS. Near the front of the trailer there is a braided hose with cap on it, also there is one south of the axels . Does anyone know what they are for? I think one is for the fresh water tank, but what is the other one???
