Lippert Leveling Legs Keep Retracting

We full time in our 2017 Montana 3661RL with a six point leveling and after about five days the front jacks have retracted about three inches. Every once in awhile we hear a slight pop sound which I think is coming from the legs slowly retracting themselves. There are no leaks in the hydraulics. After about five days the front green LED indicator is illuminated on the Lippert control panel. I depress the AutoLevel button on the Lippert control panel, only the front jacks will extend, leveling the camper. All is good until five days later. Its not a big deal doing all this but its not suppose to be happening...any thoughts or solutions? Thanks for your input.

The "popping" sound is a known issue. The solution is solved by adding anti-stiction fluid and is documented in LIP Sheet 0295 (located here). I suspect it will also solve your front jack lowering but you will have to wait and see. You could have a leaking hydraulic cylinder but I would try the anti-stiction fluid first

There is a small valve mounted to the front jack in my 3725 in the drivers side propane compartment. There is a small set screw that loosens just a little and the jacks will lose pressure. Tightens and I have not had any more problems. You can also see the same valves where the pump is mounted in front compartment. Check those also.

Its either a hydraulic leak or one of the jack heads is bypassing fluid. check all the solenoid valves and bleeders that they are fully closed. You can call Lippert cust tech support and a tech will walk you through it. I recently had a similar issue and the tech was on the phone with me the whole time. Just have your tools ready and a electrical meter. Turned out one of my jacks was no good (a brand new one to boot) it was the tiniest of leaks but enough to really cause havok
