Sorry your having all the issues.. I have also posted on here several times about problems with a HC.. We purchase ours in Feb 2018. On our second trip after a pretty long shake down.. Not new bees here.. Our third new fifth wheel and all Keystone products.. The first two were great.. This on HC 330RL is a great layout just problem after problem....Slide issues, Fascia falling off, converter not working, molding coming off, back splash coming off, AC turning on and off and on and off. Self levelers not working properly...You know the rest.. We are from California and we do have a lemon law... All of these posts will help.. Thanks and sorry for your issues.. Gary
