Graphics warranty
I am trying to find out the warranty on the 2012 Montana graphics, was told by dealer 36 months, contacted Keystone today and they say 1 year and new graphics distributor is Sharpline.. There is a site I was referred to by a dealer http://www.keystone-montana.com/medi...30_Reasons.pdf I thought was Keystones ( this states 3 year parts and labor) but they say no... Our new graphics have a couple of small gouges and we would like to wait to get them taken care of since the dealer has had the rv for 3 weeks and they say 2 more before table replacement comes.. so would like to wait on graphics. Any info would be appreciated..

I know that the regional rep told me that our 2011 was three years parts and labor on ours, before we bought the unit. Hopefully if it comes to that, they will not try to back out.

We were told the same (36 month warranty on the graphics) by our selling dealership after expressing concern about what we had heard about the life of the graphics. I have a copy of the same 30 reasons pdf but also haven't been able to find it in writing any where else.

It's time to email that site to Keystone Service and ask if this isn't you who is it.

Remember now that Keystone warranties the entire unit bumper to bumper for ONE year but the various vendors warranty their product for differing amounts of time.
A Keystone warranty and a vendor warranty are two different things.

Jim and Suzanne,
We just purchased a 2012 Montana model 3582RL in February of this year. At the time of purchase we were told that the graphics were warrantied for three years. I hope we never have to find out whether it is valid or not! But the sales person clearly told us about the graphics. Perhaps that is reason enough to doubt the validity! Good luck to us all. Dennis

We were told 36 months too, but I called Keystone and per conversation with Carmen she had no knowledge of the 3 years. We also purchased ours in February of this year, and was just told to get all the adjustment within the 90 days recently by Keystone. So, we just picked up our trailer today, they called and said all warranty work was done but new table ordered would be a couple more weeks.. Well adjustment to counter extension worst then when we took in with shims and screws stripped, trim was bowed by front door still is, seal on door sticking outside and closes hard still does, bent hinge on cabinet, hammered to fix now cabinet doesn't even shut. I will definitely be looking for new place for warranty work.. Also had Carmen look up above mentioned site and she said it was not a Keystone site and even said the tree emblem for Hickory addition wasn't theirs.. I told her it is in their brochures..

Sorry to hear about problems with a brand new Montana. Stay on top of them to make right.

Small gouges? What was that from, graphics failure, road hazzard, or something caused by dealer?

The small gouges are on the edges of the graphics and were there when we bought the unit..
