I just bought a 2955RL and I am in the beginning stages of building a pole barn to store the coach in while not in use. I am seriously considering having the carpenters add a folding cat walk about 5 or 6 feet up on each side of the storage barn to assist in washing/waxing. Has anyone ever heard or seen something like this?

John that is a great idea! I wish I had something like that. Would sure make certain maintenance jobs much easier. If it isn't outrageously expensive you should have it done. Good luck.

One suggestion make the storage area wide enough for the slides to go out while under the storage shed. It will make difference when it comes time to pack up for trip.

They are in the process of building it now. They are going to build it so the slides will go out between the posts that support the roof. With the slides in, I can put up a removable walkway for washing/waxing. Thanks for the ideas!
