We're hoping for a tour of the High Country plant, I'll keep checking back for a sign up for details and sign up for either plant tour.

We almost missed out on the majority of tours and things going on last year due to not knowing particulars. This year we missed the customer service tour again because of not having good wifi where we were and now that we have it, I guess because of timing.
Please put us on the list for the plant tour, in an early afternoon spot if possible. I would appreciate it as we missed out on so much last year.

We've been on the road and unable to get WiFi that acrually works, so we totally missed the factory tour sign-up. We'd like to be put on a wait list if there is one, and would love to be on a list for the High Country factory tour, if one is arranged.

I am confused. Are the Keystone customer service tours the same as the plant tours? If they are two different tours we would also like to go to the plant 4 tour

They are different tours. The plant tour takes you through the manufacturing process. The Customer Service tour takes you through the service organization and explains how the service process and spare parts systems function. They also take guests through their service bays to show the type of service work performed there and give folks a look at how much they have invested in spare parts.
