2016 3711FL Samsung 3 door Refrigerator

Water is collecting under the crispers in my residential Samsung refrigerator. Is there an easy quick solution to this problem?

I seem to remember there is a heater strip used to defrost things located in the lower half that has to be accessed thru the front…shelves and drawers come out and the back wall. There is ice forming down there. Fix it be installing a new heater strip.

I have not done this repair yet but there are YouTubes out there that explain it better. I put it on the list of things I need to do. I may be describing the whole thing wrong - so try to google “water in the pan of my Samsung rf18” to find the videos.
