VuQube Flex "Review"

Spending our first night in the Montana tonight. Cable went out at the park so I figure it's a perfect time to break out the new VuQube and get signed up for dish. Opened the box and a couple pieces and the manual were missing, in fact all the pieces except the big white thing. Well maybe they put the goodies inside, so I open it 'cause i need to change the jumpers anyway. If I could post pictures you'd see the forgot a few more parts. Nothing inside, no cable, no instructions and no satellite dish... Nothing, just a big white plastic container. Silly QA folks. From one to ten I'd have to give this a solid one!

Back to Camping World we go tomorrow.

Sounds like someone's been stealing stuff. Heard of this with a lot of different electronic items.

An unfortunate experience we all have either had or may have. It seems that product returned to a merchandiser is not always inventoried or examined before being placed back to the shelf. CW is better than this and should take note if they haven't already got some procedure in place to eliminate such theft from their products.

I think you may have gotten the store display by accident which does not have the electronics installed in it. (For theft reasons). I looked at the display this week at CW in Nashville. (Empty).
