WINEGARD RAYZAR
We have Directv Sat in our Montana, but sometimes like to local programming. I have never had much luck with the crank up antenna so
I ordered Winegards new Rayzar and had an opportunity to give it a try.
It was so easy, just connect it to the back of the TV, place the flat plastic antenna on the window and run a channel scan - it pulled in many channels all crystal clear. The nice thing is I can leave it connected, it takes up no space, and the only change when I switch from SAT TV is change Source to TV...... Great little antenna!!! I bought one for home as well and it pulls in channels I could not receive from my rooftop antenna...

I saw that advertised at CW, does it have a coax cable that you run to your convenience center plug in???

I changed out the Winegard Bat wing w/wingman for the Jack on our Montana and didn't see any difference and while in Holiday Florida there was one locat station that we had received with the bat wing, but get with the Jack and to top it off, you could see the transmitting tower from our site.

I like this product because we backfeed our TV2 signal from our Dish receiver to our bedroom TV. When the power is on to the batwing, we get electrical noise on the Dish modulated channel. Will have to try this.

The Rayzar comes with a 15 foot mini coax attached. I just plugged it into the back of the TV (ANT IN) that way I can go back and forth with Directv and not change anything but the Source on the TV menu. It also comes with 2 suction cups to use if you attach to a window - or you can just lay it flat somewhere.

Dick, I am surprised at you! You should have recognized that this is an ELECTRIC Rayzar. The fact that it has to be attached should have been a dead give away!
