Robbie,
Thanks for finding that! I can hardly wait to try it out. I could have used that this winter.

Robbie,
I am heading to Goose Neck State Park Monday morning. Do you think If I tow an old 10' satellite dish and tape my phone to it I might get a WiFi signal??

Robbie: At what point do you put the bowl on your head and get up on the roof?

Joe,
Sure. You need a really big piece of aluminum foil too.
Back in the old days, I used this trucker antenna setup at Goosenecks....a lot cheaper than hauling that big dish.....but very stupid looking.....Steve Reigle caught me using old technology....think I'll keep my current setup.

Might this be a demo for our upcoming Spring Rally? We do have Show 'n Tell scheduled for June 6.

Robbie, I've found a new place to spend time--on Mark Erikson's web site. His YouTube video on increasing WiFi signals was great. Thanks for the info!

This seems really strange. With our technology where it is today, doesn't it seem strange to have to revert to the old "infoil on the rabbit ears" technology????? Maybe he should send this to AT&T or Verizon...

Robbie,
Neat idea--I knew I needed to keep up with you! Hope to cross paths somewhere down the road.
