More Hep needed for the Ozzman

I can't figure out how to cut, paste some text onto a clip art I downloaded from Avery.
I'm using 'My documents'. Maybe that is the problem, don't know.
Do I have to go and buy some kind of artsy program at the store?
....A little out of my element here.
I need to make a sign for the office to let them know I have Wind Toys, would like a Beach Sunset back ground with some text on it. Also Sue has whipped out a bunch of Ear Rings and some bracelets she intends on selling at the South Padre Craft show.

In a pinch You Can Use "Paint", go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - Paint, it will allow you to put text onto a number of graphic formats...

If you've had luck using Paint, then you can ignore this. Do you Have Word? or any other Office program like Excel, Power Point? You can do this in any of these programs. If you still can't do it, email me and I'll help. /this is my forte. BTW My documents is not a program, it is a file folder.

Man, I went searching for paint, couldn't find it, saw I needed defragging, started that mess up, and it took all night, but it was only 1/4 done. This computer drives me CRAZY!!!!!
Sue, I tried the Word, a file folder, but the nice picture (A clip art) would come up on my file folder, I can print it out, but I can't figure out how to put text on it.

Your camera probably came with a program that will do it.
