Big Freezin problem

I'm froze up. Not on the outside but somewhere inside the camper. I got water both hot and cold into the kitchen sink but no hot in the bathroom. I know the hot will freeze faster than the cold. Put a heater in the basement. Took two hair dryers and blew air into the floor where the waterlines go thru. Cannot get the hot to run. No showers make for stinky time. Location Kerrville, TX. Any Ideas?

That's a tough one 'stinky'. Maybe need to run the hair dryers longer? It might take some time to melt an ice plug and then it could move a little bit and block flow again. Please post your fix.
