Watch for broken welds!
Keep on eye on your upper bedroom side walls! I had a curb side corner start to sink and found out that I had broken frame welds on both sidewalls near the hitch.

Art,
Thanks for the report. The same thing has happened to a lot of forum members. I removed my undercover a week or so ago and inspected my welds and they are good. I have a small steel shelf on each side that holds the filon and aluminum frame in place. The shelfs are welded to the main frame. I have three welds on one shelf and 4 on the other. Not enough in my opinion. But my trailer is a lot lighter than yours. I guess if one cracks the rest will probably follow suit.

I'm concerned about mine and have to pull the pan to check further. Noted two cracks at rear of flange that pin box connects too. They appear to be old...no fresh metal showing...but that makes me worry. I have it stored for winter so got sometime to figure it out and suspect the dealer (Churchville, NY - Meyers RV) won't care about me so I'm on my own.

Chuck,
If you can post some pixs of your problem. I have a small one that I just noticed on the back of the plate that holds the pin. About 1/2 inch. But it could have been there a long time. I am not too worried unless it grows.

Doesn't look like a crack to me. It looks like an area with no welding.

ok her is my pix.
The pix shows the plate that holds the pin, at the rear on the passenger side. At this point I will just monitor it. Could have been there a long time. Found it while performing a complete inspection.
