sofa removal

We have a 2006 2955RL with the sleeper sofa not the air mattress style. It's gonna be heavy, but we want to take it out. I have heard horror stories, but I want to hear some success stories!!! How can we get this big sucker out without injuring our sons who don't know they are going to help yet?

It is a piece of cake. The back of the sofa lifts off. The two pieces (back and seat) are then easily moved out the door.

I believe those are actually easier to get out than the air mattress kind. I had to take ours apart into three pieces by unbolting & unscrewing things.

That would be easier. We took the air mattress type out the door whole, but a lot depends on how your rig is laid out. Used three people and took it slow and set it down frequently.
