Entertainment Center
For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the TV out of the entertainment center. I can see one broken screw coming out or the cabinet above the TV and entering the top of the TV but there must be more anchoring the bottom. Any ideas?

My unit had four screws two on top two on bottom. You will have to do a search. I found that my tv will not come out with the screws out. The only thing I can do is turn the TV so I can get to the hookups on the back. I only put two screws back in to prevent it from slideing to the back of the cabnit. It may help if you post the year and model.

If you have the surround sound speakers above the TV, open the cabinet doors above them. Locate the plastic cap on the bottom of the cabinet where the doors meet. Remove this plastic cap and you will find a screw that holds the center surround speaker. Remove this screw and speaker. Now, you will find another long screw that goes into the top of the TV.

My 3295RK has the screw on the top that snfexpress describes, plus 2 that come in from the bottom that at first glance look like they are holding the cabinetry together. Access them by opening the cabinet doors below the TV. If you have a fireplace there - I don't know what to do then!

If you have the fireplace, you need to remove the 4 wooden plugs, remove the 4 screws that are in there. Then remove the two screws on the side of the fireplace - easy to see. Once the fireplace is out, you will see the 2 screws texan is talking about.

Exactly what Michael said need the good old square headed driver to remove these screws. I used a little tape to pull the wood plugs from the fireplace facia.
