Furrion support
Hi all, we have the new furrion oven and just wanted to chime in on their support, first of all, we love it, beats trying to light the old ones with a lighter!!
Pizza is now crispy and done perfect, anyway, we had a knob break while out west last month and I sent an email to Furrion support on how to get replacements, I expected to pay for them as the Monty is over a year old now, and they sent a email with USPS tracking info, they send us 2 new knobs, no cost to us. I really appreciate a company that has customer service with that kind of response, we had the knobs within 2 weeks

The Furrion directions in our 2018 3000RL state that there is a Pizza/Cooking stone with the oven. Did you get one with yours? Our dealer is being stubborn on telling us if one should be included.

Just a note on Furrion customer service, I installed a back up/observation camera and I can not say enough good things about how the tech support person helped guide me through that process! Glad to hear the ovens are a good product for future reference.

We actually found our stone in a thin white box under the bed in the storage area. It was under the extra chairs. Too bad it took us 4 months to find it. Once installed, the oven temp leveled out, and the temp stayed more consistent.
Best of luck locating it.

ours was in a box in the oven, we don't use it for pizza, but it helps keep temp consistant
