What's a 2007 3585SA worth?

Anyone have a ballpark guess as to what a 2007 model 3585SA is worth? It has never been towed on the road except when it was delivered to my place. My elderly parents have used it as a "summer cabin" each June through August. The interior looks new, and mechanically it's in excellent shape, but the exterior is showing some wear, because it has sat out in the Seattle area weather since it was delivered in early '08. All of the decals are peeling off. The folks are considering moving into a seniors' complex near me, which will mean that they won't need the trailer anymore. It's not for sale yet, but I'm just curious as to what it might be worth. Thanks in advance.

Camping world doesn't have that particular model for sale, but they do have a number of 2007-8's anywhere from 27,000 to 37,000. Never being towed is a funny thing. Some folks won't like that and others may.

My cautious mind says never been moved since delivery requires complete brake job, possible bearing and hub replacement along with definite tire replacement. The decals is cosmetic. I was able to contact Keystone and get replacement decals for my 07 last year. I emailed this address. ownerrelations@keystonerv.com They replaced the bad graphics but I have to cover the removal and replacement costs.

If you want to move it my wild "cheapskate" guess would be about $20K. This is always a hard issue because it is willing buyer and willing seller.

Good luck and best to your folks.

If set up in a park semi-permanently, maybe you can sell it in place, as ready to move in.

Thanks all for the replies. I was guessing somewhere in the mid to low 20's, myself.
1retired06, it's not in a park, it's on my property.
The folks live in the Los Angeles area, and I live in the outskirts of Seattle. They fly up each June and spend the summer in their Montana. They used to drive their Bounder motorhome back and forth, but my Dad's eyes aren't that great anymore, and he was afraid to drive that big motorhome. Plus, they fly for free now because their granddaughter is an Alaska Airlines pilot, and that V-10 powered Bounder sucked down a lot of gas. So, they traded the motorhome in for the Montana and had it delivered to my place, and we built a big deck right next to it. They've been very happy with it. Dad is 85 and mom is 84. Their first RV was a 1966 Ford F250 with a Teardrop camper. I was only 3 years old back then! I grew up RV'ing, and I have lots of great memories of traveling with my parents and siblings all over the western U.S.
H. John Kohl, thank you for the info on getting replacement decals.
