Lighting

Quick question about lighting. Our lights dim when 2 or more lights are in use and brighten back up when they are turned off.. Example, at night we use our bed lights when reading and Jim turns his on and mine will dim, when he turns his off it gets noticeably brighter. We are using shore power and have 2 batteries.. Is this something we should have checked out?

Hi guys,
The 12 volts runs off the batteries and converter: battery charger.
Check the water level in the batteries, and if you can, do a professional battery check, specific gravity check, and check the battery voltage with the converter breaker turned off.
Let us know.

It usually is the batteries and low on water, especially this summer could be a problem.

Agree, sounds like a battery issue

Could also be a converter issue. In either case, it needs to be checked out. I see your rig is a 2012, so if it is still under warranty let your dealer deal with it. Keep us posted.

r,
Jack
