I believe the programmable thermostats (Comfort control Center II) came out in the second half of the 2010 model build year. They are completely different from the previous models in that they have a round digital display screen in the middle of the unit. To eliminate any confusion, here is what the programmable unit looks like:

Bingo....As we have discussed, I have the old control center in my coach. Can you run the furnace and the fan in the a/c fan in the bedroom at the same time? If you can, do you believe that this is a function of the a/c dip switches or the theromostat? With mine, as soon as the furnace is turned on, the fan (if turned on and set to low) in the bedroom turns off. I want the fan to run with the furnace. Went to the Dometic website and there is no coverage of the theromostat that you have. Thanks!

My dealer checked with Dometic and found out that this thermostat is O.E.M. and my dealer could not purchase one. It is not even listed on the Dometic website. Interesting?
