Mark and Wendy there are only a few campgrounds in Northern Va. Here is a mobile home park you could call and check with maybe they could help you.

I use Allstays on my android but I believe the last time we purchased it was $10. I don't use anything else for locating RV Parks, Elks, Moose, and COE,

Can't speak for long term campgrounds, but don't limit your search to Northern Virginia. There are several locations in Maryland on the east and southeast side of Washington.

We spent the weekend a few weeks ago at Aquia Pines. Very convenient to I-95, but a few miles south of Alexandria. Looked like there were several long-term residents. http://www.aquiapines.com/
