prariepoodle Montana Master Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Woodward Posts: 2,795 M.O.C. #450	Crock Pot Apple Butter 8 C. mashed apples 4 C. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves Cook and mash the apples. Put all ingredients into the crockpot. Cook on high for 5 hours, then on low heat for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Put in jars and seal.
