Fresh water tank drain location on High Country

Today, I sanitized the water tank on our 2016 High Country 352 with bleach and would like to drain the fresh water tank without having to run all of the water into the grey water tank first. Neither the dealer nor the owners' manual was much help in locating the drain. I looked all over the underbelly for it without success. Can anyone tell me where to find it? Many thanks.

Your fresh water tank is near the rear of the fiver. Is there no small 1/2" hose hanging down with a cap on it in the general vicinity?

Thanks, dieselguy. I'll go look again with your information. I do know that the vent for the tank is at the very back, so the tank should be in that area as well.

Hey, dieselguy:

You were absolutely right. The drain was about 2' inboard of the tank vent at the rear of the unit. My mistake was to look mostly in the area around the plumbing compartment. BTW, my drain hose has a shutoff valve rather than a threaded cap. Thanks again. This forum is the greatest.

The shutoff valve is a new improvement after the rest of us have had to add them over the years. Keystone does look and listen to what mods we are doing and do incorporate some of that as the years go by.

Dick:

I thought that might be the case. Thanks for complaining. That valve does make it a little harder to get a face full of water.
