First time to use this site. I am not savvy with this so be patient with me.
We just bought our second Montana and love it. It is a 2018 3120. We picked the rv up Friday 9/30 and took it for a trial run. On Sunday the fridge had not cooled
Below 50 degrees. It seems the doors are not closing tight but, I suspect there is something else going on. The fridge is a norcold 18 cubic foot. The washer would not let water in. Hopefully the valves were not turned on when installed. Has anyone had problems with your fridge?

Welcome from Arizona. Yep my frig failed the very next morning but mine is a dometic. They had to pull one out of another rig and switch mine out. That was in July of 2014 and I have not had a problem sence.

If the doors are not closing all the way it will not cool down well. There is a panel on the left door (as you face the fridge) that should slide in and allows the doors to fully close. What is the display on the right door showing you?

We have that same unit and it's been trouble free, even when the heat index was 121 and we were in full sun. The doors must seal properly, however and as mentioned the flap that closes from the left must be working properly.

Fridge not cooling

Thanks everyone for your response. Good to know everyone’s fridge is trouble free. Makes me feel better. We took the rv back to the dealership yesterday. Hopefully it will be an easy fix.
This is our second Montana and our first time to join a club. Can’t wait to meet new camping friends!
