I read all the time about the tire problems with 5vers! My thought is if you have LT tires on your truck and they are carrying 1/4 the weight of your rig on each axle why wouldn't you use LTs on the 5ver too which in effect are carrying 1/4 the weight on each axle! If you have peace of mind with your truck tires it stands to reason you would have the same feeling about the tires on your 5ver! Of course the formula changes when you have a dually although the axle is still carrying the same weight! I will use LTs when I finally get my rig!
