Lippert Level Up System
Talked to Jarrod Lippert today about pricing on installing the Level-Up system on our 09 3400RL. Price is retail plus $900 to install which will run close to $5200 with parts, install and tax. He could not move off that retail price to give any type of special pricing for one unit. We are travelling through that area in April and will not be able to make that Rally at Goshen in the fall. So to conclude our situation we will not be installing a Lippert Leve-Up system on our unit at List price as advertised by Lippert.
I will say that Jarrod tried to be accomodating but then again Lippert has very large customers like the RV manufactures and one Monty does not really count. They are trying to move towards the retail markets where they have distributors throughout North America. Please PM me if you require more detail.

Sorry about that. I guess our Rally price of $2,400.00 installed was a great deal.
We love the system, but if we had to pay $5,800.00 we would be using wood block.

Agree with Helmick! That was the only way we could afford it.

I was not sure if I wanted Level-up or BigFoot. BigFoot is looking much better now.

At that price, guess we will have to wait for the lottery results.

Our new member seanjackmc, just traded in his 2010 F-250 for a 2011 F-350 so he could sleep better at night. O to be 28 and have the world by the tail. The level up system should be no problem for us old guys.

Ditto to the above comments regarding the price. We love our system but not $5800 worth. On the other hand it is a nice upgrade to our coach and we probably can recoup the cost if and when we sell Monty.

I have posted this before, but you can save $800 on BigFoot if you buy if from Plug-It-Right.

Price is installed at factory.

I am feeling more blessed by the minute at the introductory price. It is well worth the $2400. Since I was having landing leg problems anyway, it was a real opportunity. Not sure I could have swung the full price. I can highly recommend the system.

Just wanted to confirm the exact price breakdown on the Level-Up system that I was quoted and that exact total comes to $5169.30 with Tax and not the $5800.00 as I originally posted.
-6 leg system = $3750.00
-hoses & fittings= $240.00
-7% tax = $279.30
-Labor 10 hours = $900.00
-Total cost = $5169.00
May be other expenses in the above.
This is for a 3400RL with drop frame in front.
I edited the $5800 number on original posting.
Still to high a price for me at this time. May later consider parts and install ourself with certified welders.

I think the leveler systems are a real positive ungrade. That said, It is a bit of a luxury item if your health is good and there isn't a problem with traditional setup. For me, problems were beginning to creep into my handling the task. An aching back was a frequent visitor at both setup and breakdown. With the Levelup, it is a non-issue. Other factors may shorten our RV living, but it won't be due to setup difficulties. If physical limitations do arise, a leveler upgrade, whether Big Foot or Levelup, would be considerably less expensive than moving to a motor home from a fifth wheel.
