Hello, I want to say thank you to all of you for your help in fixing my Furnace, and especially you Ozz for posting the troubleshooting links, I think I know this furnace inside out know, I went though all the step of troubleshooting and found the gas valve to be the problem, I was going to order one, but then I thought, what the heck, I Can Do This! I took a plug and blew it out, I then took the diaphragm spring out and blew that area out also, I but the nylon spring adjust part back in 14 turns. Furnace works like new, actually the furnace looked like it had never been used.

I have contacted the furnace manufacture in the past and they were most helpful and could have answered your questions

Good job Harold, I am a little concerned about the 14 turns, was that the original setting?

I have had 2 gas valves stuck this winter, they had a little moisture in the system, it froze and stuck the diaphram, as soon as I thawed out the gas valve, (I replaced them) the valves worked fine.
