New 2009 3665RE
Greetings all.
We purchased our new 2009 Montana 3665RE on our 28th wedding anniversary. Yes, we celebrated our anniversary in our new 5th wheel. We have been able to have it out a second time to do a shake down on the rig and found a few minor problems. Our new rig is back at the dealership to have a few things looked at before our first trip in a couple of weeks. We are a few years away from retiring and wanted to get use to our 5th wheel before we live it fulltime for about a year trial. I'm currently living in Cheyenne WY. We have a 2007 GMC CC D/A short bed for our TV and a Pullrite Superglide hitch.

Congratulations! Is that the one with the TV that retracts into the rear cabinet? If so how do you like that?
If its the one I'm thinking of, it would be towards the top of my choices for the next rig.

Yes that is the 1 with the tv in the rear,,, i looked at it very serious but the 2 chairs a jambed in the small slide with realy no room for a table between them .. it has the best kit and bath but if they would have put the desk like the 3465sa and the chairs in the rear , then montana would have a real winner as that would take over the 3400rl in a flash ,,, look at it i was going to buy it and remoldel it but didn't want to spend the 3000.00 to fix it rite,,, sailer

AFChappy, Welcome to "The Best Darned Forum on the WWW!" I think you made a great choice. No one ever gets the perfect rig from the dealer, seems like there is always a little something to change. That's what makes RVing kind of unique, no two rigs are exactly the same, a little change here, a modification there and you have a completely personalized home. Even if you just add a doorbell, that makes it unique.
Enjoy your new gift to each other and congrats, also, on the anniversary. Hope to see you on the road someday. BTW, you live in a beautiful state.....

Congratulations on your new 3665RE. We have the first type of rear entertainment floorplan Montana made, and things have sure changed!! We've sure enjoyed ours, and I'm sure you'll log many happy miles with your great anniversary gift. Safe travels.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. So far we love the rear tv coming up. The remote is ahving some problems and the dealer is looking at it now. However, it is nice to look out the window without having the tv present.
