I just checked mine, and so far they haven't charged my card. Maybe you paid for mine, thanks.

I am told by Dexter billing that the second charge is a "credit card verification charge" and will go away in a couple of days. I have not seen a verification charge for the entire amount it is usually for 1.00.

We recently had the same problem with an RV park. Stayed four days, got two days free (we had four rigs and did a bit of gambling). When we checked out they charged us for two days, then a night auditor added two more nights for each rig...assuming we had been under charged two nights. Took about eight phone calls, but they were finally dropped.

The second charge is gone.... They said they were upgrading their credit card procedures...It needs work... Most places do a 1.00 charge to verify that you have the $ in the account and hold that amount till it goes through then the 1.00 charge goes away. By charging twice on a large purchase they could overdraw your account.
