furnace fan

I have a 3400 rl. with my wall unit completely shut off my fan keeps running air through the vents. Mode switch is in off position and uniot in off position. any help wpuld be appreciated on how to shut this off. e mail djferch@msn.com THANK YOU

Are you referring to the furnace setting? When I turn my furnace off by turning the wall thermostat off (not necessarily turn off the mode), the fan still runs for a little while longer but it does eventually shut off. It's been so long since I used the air conditioner I don't recall if it does the same thing or not. Are you using a remote?

You might want to include the year of your unit since newer units have all kinds of fancy gadgets and features that might help others explain what's going on. Please add the control or any remote type as well.

Welcome to the Forum, I have a 3400 RL as well, nice unit.
Try pulling the fuse, then inserting it, if it still runs, you might have a stuck relay, probably in the circuit board.
Try this 2 or 3 times, you might even run the furnace for a cycle to see if that cures it. If not; new circuit board.
