Basement Door Won't Close

We have a 2017 HC 352RL. Last night the basement door, entrance side, wouldn't close all the way at the front, lower portion of the door. It worked fine all day until then. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check screws to make sure the piston hadn't moved.

I have same problem on that door. Front latch doesn't open to allow it to latch over the little bar thing at the base of the door. It works if I open it a bit and push the door shut. Of course my Monty is 3 years old and 30,000 miles on it.

I usually spray dry silicone lube on the latch mechanism of all the slam door latches as well as the entrance door latch and lock and hinges. You will find that the screws on the slam door latches will come loose, so occasionally a trip around your rig with a screwdriver with the square drive bit is needed to tighten all loose screws. With the latches lubed, you will find the doors will close much easier.

Thanks for the suggestions. However, it doesn't have pistons and it's not the latch itself. There's a long track piece of metal that it seems to have come out of. It looks like on the outside portion it starts to bow a little in the middle.
