Ford - Dodge - Chevy/GMC
Came across this video http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2014/09...ton-video.html and I know at least 2/3 of the MOC won't agree with the results.
Since I just bought a 2015 Chevy 3500hd (victory red of course) it makes me feel good.

I saw that when it came out. My only issue is the fact the new GM HDs have many issues to be worked out. Several recalls, questions ergonomically speaking (DEF filling issue ) steering wheel placement. After that the DEF tank location. Frankly if it was any of the trucks, those issues , should have hurt the numbers. I am a owner of all three brands, not just a Ford guy. The RAM is a great truck with excellent reliability stats! I do believe the recalls might help the ride numbers substantially for the GM trucks . After all, most HD trucks have better suspensions sitting still? Lol. Just making light. Please don't get upset !

With less than 100 points difference between the three, 3% difference in points, I think it just validates what most people say. They are all so close, pick the one YOU like best.

Just another reason why, if you're happy with what you have don't read those articles.

We could not pass up our TV. We got the GMC about a year and a half ago with less than 25,000 miles on it. Works great.

I was very happy with my previous 2007 Ram 2500 and am very happy with my present 2012 F350. No video will ever change that.

Exactly! Even though I buy GM exclusively, I know that any of the Big 3's trucks will do the job with room left over. Until someone offers to buy the truck for you, each person should buy what makes them happy.

Read the article but remember they might place more emphasis on something than you do or less emphasis. My main emphasis is on how well a truck will pull a camper. Yours could be elsewhere. The main thing is if you are buying a new thuck or car go drive them all several times. Then buy the one that scores the best for you. What these guys think doesn't really mater. It's yo money.

They're all good trucks, for sure. I'm a GM guy and have no reason to change. However, looking at the stickers on some of these, I'm probably driving my last one, anyway.

Or, we could buy one of the Volvo or Freightliner rigs set up for towing a fiver! There are some really nice ones out there......

We have Ford Trucks because we get a Ford Employees discount that saves a lot of $$$ no other reason.
