Water leaks

Been camping for a few days when I noticed that the fittings under the sink were leaking. Tried to tighten them with no change. I'm not using a pressure regulator and have not ever used one in the past. I don't believe the water pressure is excessively high where I'm at and have camped here for years without having any problems with water pressure. I'm gonna try a regulator but what is the acceptable pressure?

The newer RV's are suppose to handle up to 60 PSI but I keep mine set at 45lbs. Don't want any surprises. Are any of your other fittings leaking? Hard to believe that both hot and cold inlets are leaking and nothing else is. Might have another problem.

See pics below.
The adjustable regulators have a screw head on top to allow adjustment of the pressure. There are cheaper regulators on Amazon - but you will better off getting a quality unit.
The second screen shot regulator is fixed at 40 to 50 psi.

Haven't seen any other leaks yet. I installed a old non adjustable regulator I had laying around and the leaks appear to have stopped for now. I ordered a adjustable regulator with a gage from Amazon and will see what happens when I get it. Thanks
