Well, another happy new owner of a 2011 King Ranch. I just mounted my new bed rail kit in mine and put the Pullrite in it. Monday the wiring harness comes and we'll be ready to go to Topsail in May. I too traded in an 06, wow what a world of difference. The level of power in much greater in the 2011 and the interior is much nicer. You're also right about the 06 beginning to develop problems as they approach 80,000 miles. I sure hope these 2011 hold up a lot better. These trucks are too expensive to have a useful service life of 80,000 miles.

as you apoach the 80000 miles it seams like the engin lite is on most of the time as its either turbo or elect board , when you run out of warrenty its always 1000. to 2000. and no i will go new and start over, I planed to run mine to 200000 miles but i guess it didn't happen We got the same king ranh as stiles but we got the short box as the long box won't fit in the garage.. sailer

Mine is new: one part at at time. It's now 16 years old and going strong.
