Fridge will not work on elec

We have a new 05, 5th wheel, 348RLS, Mountaineer. The refrigerator worked on electric power briefly, then blew a fuse. We replaced the fuse and it still will not work on electric. It works fine on gas. Any suggestions??

If You could explain "blew a fuse" a little more maybe We can help. Is it a 12v fuse or is the 110v breaker tripping? Is there power at the receptacle behind the outside cover? I believe it is GFCI protected so maybe that's tripped.

Good Luck,

John

As John said, the refrigerators are on the GFCI circuit. Check the outlet by the bathroom vanity and see if the little button between the outlets has tripped. You may have another in the living or kitchen area. Check it also. As John said, if you could give us some more info we'll sure try to help if we can.

Welcome aboard, Kat.

Actually I think if you will pull the grill off for the refer on the side of the coach you can see the actual 120 VAC outlet there, or at least you can mine. Yes it is a GFI as well.
