Battery Drain Problem
I have my 3670RL unplugged for about one week. To my knowledge NOTHING was left on as far as the DC was concerned. My battery went totally dead... so dead that my front jacks won't work in order to hitch back up. I replaced the battery. Any ideas or did I do something wrong?

The first time I parked my rig with no shoreline connected, the battery went dead after about a week and a half. The only way I can make sure it doesn't do that is to disconnect the battery. Even when everything is off, somewhere I have a current drain, i.e., thermostat, flash light charger, propane detector, or whatever. In any case, I just disconnect when not on a shoreline or connected to the truck.
Secondly, I now check the condition of the battery the day before expected use and charge over night if required.

The propane detector is usually one of the culprits. If the fridge was running, even on propane, I understand the control board draws 12v from the battery. The humidity switch (can't remember its name) in the fridge can run down the battery in a hurry.
Supposedly, if your onboard battery is dead you can hook up the umbilical to your truck, start the truck's engine, and then you can move the slides and the landing gear. I haven't tried it to confirm but that's my understanding. Some people here who leave the rig unattended for more than a couple of days without shorepower have installed a battery disconnect switch. You might want to look into that if it would meet your needs.

Make sure you check the humidity switch inside the freezer door at top. If that is on it will heat even if the frig switch is off.

If you have one of those rechargable flashlight thingies that's probably the highest current draw of the lot.
Never put the flashlight in the 'holster' unless you're plugged in.

Like Steve said we installed a marine battery disconnect switch because the Flashlight and propane sniffer would drain the battery in just under two weeks.
