repair of 3295 2004 Montana

We have had trouble with this 5th wheel since we accepted delivery of this unit. On 11/21/04 we had to buy a new faucet and had it installed. I sent the bill and claim to Montana and as of 1/30/04 have not received my check from Montana. I spoke to Jeff Link at the Tampa Rv show about Sun Coast Rv not wanting to work on this 5th wheel and about us not receiving our check from Montana. He said he would check both items out but I have not received a phone call from him as of 1/30/04. Sun Coast Rv has not responded to this problem also. Right now I feel Montana has let us down and I would not recemmend this company due to bad customer service. I would recommend JCRv Sales in Port Ritchey Florida. They repaired this unit and did it in a professional manner.
