2008 Decals

I phoned Keystone about peeling Decals and was told to send pictures. I phoned back today after a month waiting for an answer and was told that they denied me the decals and I can go to the RV Dealer and they will order them for me at my expense. After reading about them supplying them for other members with older units recently I am very upset to put it politely. The lady I talked to has sent it back to them. I told her that I knew she was only relaying the message and thanked her for her time.

Don't recall keystone ever providing replacement decals for a 7 year old unit at no cost, but worth a try.

They should replace all the bad decals. It doesn't look good while you walk the campgrounds and see all the peeling decals. I'm sure there are people that won't buy a Monty after seeing how bad they look with the bad decals.

They did supply free replacement decals for my 2007 last summer (then 7 years old). They also first told me to contact a dealer. I told the guy that I was a long time member of MOC and had read numerous times of them supplying free decals to be installed at owners expense. His attitude immediately changed. He asked me to send pictures. I did. He sent diagrams showing all decals and their part numbers. Told me to send a list of the part numbers I needed. I did. Received new decals for front and rear (the only ones I needed) about 6 weeks later.

I guess, like Goodyear and the Marathon credit, it depends on who you talk to. I was referred to my dealer by Keystone. I wasn't necessarily looking for something for free, I just wanted to replace this mess on the front of my trailer. Now, after reading more about it on here, I think I might call Keystone back and play the MOC card.
