Locking Fuel Cap
Anyone out there using a locking fuel cap for their 2006 2500 short bed Chevy Duramax? If you have one, where did you get it?

John -
The link below is for full size Chevy trucks. If you're pulling a Montana, it's a grown up truck and not a baby truck. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Ron. I was just reading somewhere where the keys for some of these caps are all the same. A lot of good that does. I'll have to check it out.

John, I also had an 06 diesel and couldn't find a locking cap anywhere so I ended up with a locking fuel door (Chrome). Real easy to install and looks great. I got it at Auto Zone.

When I pick up my new Silverado this weekend, I'll check with Chevy. I gotta' believe they have one that uses the truck key.

What about Dodge owners? I have been thinking about one of these myself.

You guys forget. Lock that tank real good so they can just punch a hole in your plastic tank.

There was just a report on the news here in Denver about this now popular practice.
