2017 Montana High Country 310HM Shades

This summer one of our 62" X 37" front room roller shades would not retract. Called Irvine Shade and they sent part to replace broken part. About one month later the 62" X 37" roller shade, next to the one we repaired, broke. Sent pictures diagrams, talked to C/S at Irvine, but could not get correct replacement part. In frustration, sent all the "guts" to Irvine which cost us $31. Irvine called us after receiving the "guts" and said that was not their shade, but a shade manufactured by Ascot Mfg. Ascot in process of sending new "guts"
Call me crazy, but how do 2 identical blinds, side by side, get installed in a rv?
Just wanted to alert owners about this crazy roller shade issue

I’ve had the same problem with my Ascot shades. They sent me ten black roller parts to repair mine. I’m going to install them this week.
