When at Q-site and when the blue tank was full and had to be moved it was alwas a challange with those skinny hard wheels so this is what I did for a cost of $40.95 cents for everything.
( 2ea Wheels @ 14.95ea.) ( 4ea locking washers @ 2.75 ea.) ( 2 large fender washers drilled out to 5/8".) pictures below will give you a better Idea of what I'm tring to say.
Washers and locking 5/8” washers, and nylon bushings removed from axel. 4 ea locking washers two on each side for easy wheel centering and tire changing.
Shaft with locking 5/8” washers and shaft with rub washer added.
Wheel installed on shaft and wheel with locking 5/8” washers installed on shaft locking wheel on the shaft.
It sure rolls a lot easier and doesn't bounce as much as the hard wheels did and Quiiiiiet
