Sewer smell in RV
We kept smelling sewer smell in our rv so we kept checking everything and finally figured out that the Hepvo sanitary valve from the tub that goes into the gray tank was messed up. It's a waterless P trap, anyway we tried to find a replacement from 2 rv places here and they both told us they could order for us for $48.00 plus shipping. I decided to order my self and called the company name on the part and was told to go to drainmaster.com to order.....$22.75 plus shipping. No one seems to have this part in stock at the rv stores we went to as supposedly they have never heard of it. So if anyone out there is having that smell in your rv check out this valve first. It's a one way valve that prevents foul odors.
