Do we have a slideout problem?

We have a 3700RL with the double slides on opposite walls in the living/kitchen area. Both sides operate with a single switch on the control panel. We've noticed that the last couple of times that we've closed the slides that the lower rear corner of the right slide that contains the dinette and sofa gaps by about a half inch. The gap extends upward about a foot The top has retracted tight as are the front end of that slide and all four corners of the slide on the other side. Both slides extend full and properly. Do we have a problem?
