Boondocking equipment
We boondock 95-99% of time. Included in my carry along equipment is Small axe (not a hatchet), splitting mall, 14" chain saw, dutch oven and a Roadtrip grill (love it). I'll think of other things later.
Add yours to the list.

If you are boondocking for more than a few days, you will defiantly need a generator or solar.
A water bladder would be good to get extra water and a pump to transfer it.
Glad to see somebody else cooking with a dutch oven. We use ours mostly for cooking desserts. Come to Quartzsite next January if you like to boondock in the desert. There was about 53 rigs in our Montana Circle last January.

we do have a bladder and a generator. Some equipment we have that is nice but not necessary is a 200w solar panel & invertor. Another item that is nice is a solar oven. This oven can easly get to 350 degrees on a sunny day. We have cooked meats, potatoes, cookies and cakes. Our fiver is new (purchased in Jan 2010) but in time I would like to get a number of good led lights inside.
We normally will stay between 5 and 12 days at an area. We then dump & fill on the way to our next location.

Amen to Dutch Oven(s) - you can live out of them - Also - a Cache Cooker and propane and a compact fold down shade to work under.

Bud,
What is the brand of that solar oven or is it something you made? That sounds like an interesting way to cook. At the very least it sure would be a conversation piece. Be my luck I would burn the lunch.
