Yes, some of the spaces are small, but we have camped there without problems, and there are spaces where the 30 foot restriction is not really a problem if you know the park. Our rig with the scooter on the back is quite a bit longer.
40 years ago, I made my first trip to Arches National Park as a high school senior on a "sneak" trip. I have stayed in the campground more than 20 times since that time. Moab and the surrounding area have been a favorite for a very long time, and to be able to volunteer there is very special.
Delaine and Lindy, amazing who knows Howard and Linda. I've been following their journal
RV-Dreams for 3+ years, and they are here in the Quartzsite circle, with the "MOC Boondockers Crew". Last year when we visited them at Arches, we inquired about how difficult it would be to acquire a volunteer position......guess we got our answer, they recommended us, and we now have a job where dreams are made! They like MOC people.
BTW, we'll be campground hosting at the same time as them.
If we see anything worth taking a picture of, we'll post it!
