We Made It

WE are now set up in Oleander Acres RV Resort in Mission. It is 54 and the talk is all about how cool it is and will get cold tonight at 34. Back home in Washburn it was 5 degrees this morning. Gotta love it. Tomorrow the day will be spent washing off the grime and salt from the drive down. Gotta love it.

Happy to see you made it down ok. We have not left yet. Had a big snow and now we have very cold temps. Look to pull out Friday morn. Temps are suppose to melt off all the snow over the weekend,I wish it was melting now. Still have a lot of ice on my drive and with the incline up to the road this will be an interesting pull out. I will put ice melt and then sand on the incline. Wife will stand out on the road to let me know if we have traffic. Have hills on the road in both directions from the driveway and it always makes pullouts interesting and with the ice even more interesting. Looks like we will be the last folks on the way to the RGV.
