I question the need for an outside shower. We have one and it's on the driver's side of the rig. If you use it like it is designed (spraying the kids or grandkids) and then the wet feet track dirt all around and in the front door. On top of that, before we full timed, we had to make sure the shower head was winterized. Since fulltiming, I've disconnected both the hot and cold lines and plugged them. For me, I find no really practical reason for needing an outside shower. But there are some people who like them.
