New recliners...at last

Got rid of the cheap, too-small recliners that weigh a ton that came with the trailer when I bought it. Sold them to a girl that's just starting out with her first apartment so she's thrilled to have them. We bought two La-Z-Boy Pinnacle Reclinaway recliners. Put the couch over by the big rear window. Man, they are nice. Brown leather, soft comfortable, I feel a nap coming on....

Just got up from my nap on my La-Z-Boy. Made that change when we bought the rig. I didn't have a chance of fitting in those little things. Very glad we did it.

I have a big L-Z-Boy leather recliner in my Monty Living room that I would not give up. Wife likes the sofa but I usually end every day when camping asleep on the recliner. With a lifetime warranty on the reclining mechanism and the quality workmanship they are the best.

We just ordered 2 La-Z-boys yesterday. Will be glad to have the factory ones gone.

We too got rid of the factory seats. We didn't go Lazy Boy...we found two at Costco that were fairly inexpensive but good quality. I think if we were full-timers I would have spent a little more to get the Lazy Boy. We have two of them in our S&B that we love!!!

Enjoy your new recliners and may you have many restful naps!!!

We also replaced with 2 LB Pinnacles last Fall. Look great and sit/recline even better. Money well spent!

I had no trouble getting the old ones out. Took someone else's advice and opened them up, laid them on their side and took them out that way with some help. Easy. The new ones were the kind that the back comes off so that was a non-issue.

We thought Lazy Boy were just too over priced and still too small,,,went to Big Lots and got 2 of their full size recliners with massage and heat. Got to make sure you have clearance when the slides come in and they do take away some room but oooooooo oh so comfortable. Now just as long as we don't blow fuses with the heat option...lol lol

I'll get some posted in a week or two. Every time I go out in the trailer to try out the recliners I end up taking a nap....

Here are a couple of pictures of the recliners we got from La-Z-Boy. They are reclinaways so they do not need to be moved out further from the wall than what you see here. They do not move at all while traveling and were very easy to put in the trailer since the backs come off.

$1100 for two. Got them when they had a 2/1 sale. I can't imagine anyone actually paying that much for a single recliner.
