Ford diesel OBDII scaners

Hi,
I'm looking for a scanner to check the computer for any trouble codes for my 08 6.4l engine.
Does anybody knows any scanner which works with these engines?
I know that there are some wireless devices for Duramax, but I could not find any for Ford Power Strokes.

If you just want to see what codes are stored, almost all the add-on gauge devices will do that. Some are a lot cheaper than the what is referenced in the link above. Look at the ScanGauge, Edge, or whatever Google shows.

I have a $60 Actron that just reads and/or clears codes. It has some kind of diagnostic, too, but I have no plans to use that. I don't need any more than reading and clearing so I don't screw something up.

It's so small I keep it in the truck along with the other tools and it can be used for most any other vehicle with an OBDII port.

When I bought it at Autozone, the teller suggested I charge $20 to eventually get my money back. A service place will charge $100 just to do this but their version is much more expensive, plus the price of repairs. Money saved for sure and I don't plan on charging any of my friends who use it. I used it for a friend who found out he had a bad oxygen sensor that he then replaced himself. Money saved for him, too.

I kick myself that I didn't buy one sooner!
