Glass Shower Door

We have a 2003 32' Montana with garden tub. The shower door sags down and scrapes at the bottom of the threshold of the door. We've had it aligned once under warrantee and have paid twice to have it adjusted and in a relatively short period it returns to the same condition. Anyone else had this problem? Nowhere on the door can I find the name of the manufacturer. Thanks. P. Roberts

Is it the door, or the magnetic strip that fits in the end of the door? I have had the problem that the magnetic strip slides down and catches keeping the door from wither opening or closing easily. I found that I can use a pliers and crimp the bottom edge of the holder and that helps.

Thanks for the answer. No, it is the whole door that scrapes on the bottom. P. Roberts

One month after we got our Big Sky the shower door shattered in my hands when I tried to open it, the door frame on the handle side had sagged to point that it was catching on the bottom. The entire enclosure was replaced by the dealer. After about 6000 miles this past winter the new shower door has sagged to the same point. It is currently at the dealer being replaced for the second time. My dealer and Keystone have stepped to the plate to deal with the problem however I believe this is a vendor problem. I am not confident that, unless the enclosure has been redesigned, the sagging door problem will go away. There is of course the possibility that we got two bad shower enclosures and this one will fix the problem. One can only hope.
